A well-known manufacturer that produces air filters and biological ventilators for operating rooms and “clean rooms” contacted the Yeruham Automation company with a request to find him an ergonomic and efficient solution for moving the heavy filters from place to place between positions. The manufacturer has a wide variety of air filters of different sizes, in the production process the workers are required to transport the filters between workstations and even turn them 180 degrees. The work required two workers for this operation.
The solution offered to the client included the design and assembly of a unique facility with dedicated ends for grabbing the filters from their sides and lifting them easily and simply from one place to another. The facility relieves the heavy physical load of the workers and allows one worker, instead of two, to lift it and move it between different places in the workplace
