‘Strauss Group Ltd’, an Israeli manufacturer and marketer of consumer foods, turned to ‘Automation Yeruham’ with a request to design and build a mobile compressor room in one of its factories. The company had a problem with space inside the factory, so they had to find a creative solution to set up a portable, outdoor compressor room containing all the necessary components. The engineers of our company mobilized to produce a total solution of an external structure in the form of a container containing a complete and smart system of a complete compressor room for use.
A team of our engineers designed and produced a total solution of an external nitrogen system which was built inside a container so that it could be placed anywhere in the factory area regardless of a defined area inside. The purpose of the system is to inject enough nitrogen into the production process of the salty snacks in order to extend their shelf life. The system from the leading brand Atlas Copco includes:
