Production planning and assembly of XYZ facility (Gig) for nitrogen generators in Weizmann Institute laboratories

Share

Project Background

Automation Yeruham company received an interesting and challenging application from the Weizmann Institute’s physics laboratories for planning and assemblee a XYZ facility. The demand came as a result of the need to strengthen nitrogen generators in laboratories for testing.

What is the solution that we have developed for the costumer?

The engineering team of Automation Yeruham developed and manufactured a unique facility that provided an optimal solution to all the technical challenges posed by the customer such as: propulsion on linear rails on XYZ axes at different degrees of freedom, locking option for all hinges and a stable and rigid stand that sits on adjustable legs.Beyond the customer’s requirements, the team developed value-added solutions that improved the level of accuracy and capabilities in the movement of the hinges while characterizing and integrating a transport system and shock absorbers. The facility incorporated: engineering aluminum profiles, sharpened lead screws and energy and shock absorbers.

Advantages of the solution

  • Customized planning according to the exact needs of the customer and his requirements
  • Saving space in the laboratory
  • A stable and efficient facility that allows the necessary tests to be performed in the laboratory
  • Significant improvement in the quality of tests and assembly
The work with 'Automation Yeruham’ was carried out professionally and in full cooperation throughout the complex process. We received solutions for all our special requests
