Arad Group, a global leader in water measurement solutions and services, specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-quality water meters, automatic meter reading (AMR) systems, advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), and cutting-edge MDM technologies. With the opening of a new production facility, Arad turned to Yeruham Automation to design and establish a dedicated assembly line for manufacturing faucets in a wide range of sizes – from small to large models.
The goal was to create a flexible, fast, and precise production line that ensures high quality, eases the workload for employees, and reduces both human errors and production waste.
As part of the project, we built a modular assembly line tailored to Arad’s needs. The line is based on workstations in various sizes, constructed from Series 8 and Series 5 aluminum profiles. Each station was equipped with customized accessories, including:
