Project Background

The ‘Shalem’ factory, one of the largest factories in Israel and a leader in
the plastic packaging manufacturing industry, turned to ‘Automation
Yeruham’ with a request to plan and upgrade an array
old of a compressor room that would provide enough energy for such
.a large plant but also be economical and effective in the long term

What is the solution that we have developed for the costumer?

The solution installed at the factory is a compression system for a maximum pressure of 40 bar built from a system Smart compression that incorporates
screw technology and a piston that includes a continuous speed changer

Advantages of the solution

  • Energy efficiency that saves money (instead of piston technology)
  • Short downtime for system maintenance
  • Does not require various expensive engineering works
  • Aditional systems can be installed nearby without fear of a high noise level for the consumer
