The challenge involved handling hot rubber profiles exiting an extruder (extrusion press), conditions that demand high heat resistance, stability, and operational flexibility.
Based on a positive previous experience with our team, the customer returned to us to develop a fully tailored solution.
We designed and built a height-adjustable roller conveyor, fully customized to the customer’s needs, featuring a specialized conveying mechanism for handling hot rubber profiles.
The system incorporates FATH rollers and enables precise height adjustment according to the production flow—while maintaining mobility and long-term stability.
