The Dalia power plant, one of the largest private electricity suppliers in Israel, turned to Automation Yeruham in order to build for them an additional compressed air station to the station that would serve as the leading station for them. Their goal was to significantly reduce costs in the production of compressed air and to optimize the maintenance of the existing station.
The compressed air department gave the customer a complete solution that includes planning, drawing and characterization according to the customer’s needs. The construction of the additional station included the design and installation of an air compressor with a frequency changer, an adsorption dryer and an air storage tank.
Savings of tens of thousands of shekels per year due to switching to a much more compact compressor than the existing one (50% less)
