Project Background

A leading customer in the laser industry approached us with a clear need: a fully customized optical workbench that would support their technicians and engineers in daily operations requiring flexibility, precision, and complete accessibility.
This workbench is used for direct product connections during the testing of cameras, laser systems, and other advanced applications—so it required a smart, accurate, and highly dynamic engineering design.

What is the solution that we have developed for the costumer?

The engineering and profiles department at Yeruham Automation took on the challenge and initiated a complete process of custom design, drafting, and production.

The workbench was engineered precisely to the customer’s specifications and includes:

Special dimensions and custom cuts according to international standards – using both inches and millimeters to ensure compatibility with the U.S. industry.
A robust, high-quality structure based on strong, precision-machined aluminum profiles.
Doors and heavy-duty caster wheels with brakes, suitable for various load capacities and enabling safe, fast mobility.
Handles and adjustable folding arms with shelves, adaptable to different work requirements.
A foldable work surface with an optional extension for a larger tabletop when needed.
Pull-out drawers and telescopic slides for convenient organization of sensitive equipment.
Four lifting eyes—one in each corner—allowing the workbench to be safely hoisted and transported with a crane.
