Rotating platforms moving on a conveyor.\r\n2. A sensor system that identifies the platforms and uses a controller to activate an electric piston braking system.\r\n3. The entire system functions and communicates through control s and is attached to the client\u2019s end equipment.\r\n\r\nThe project is comprised out of several components:\r\n\r\n\u2022 Four straight Elcom conveyor belts\r\n\u2022 Four rotating platforms thanks to an arch structure\r\n\u2022 A control system supporting the sensors system\r\n\u2022 Designated frequency regulators for changing conveyor engine speed\r\n\u2022 Programed controller in TCP\/IP protocol\r\n\r\nProject advantages:\r\n\r\n\u2022 Time-efficient (the system automatically inspects the products and their quality instead of having manpower or machines that take up more time).\r\n\u2022 Quality and controlled products that maintain a unified level of import and export.\r\n\u2022 Reducing faulty product call backs\r\n\u2022 Maintaining and increasing the company\u2019s reputation through high-end quality products.\r\n\u2022 Performing several actions simultaneously (inspection\/scanning\/production) without interrupting each action.\r\n\r\nAutomation Yeruham has a variety of conveyors to fit different sizes and weights and provides complete and overall industry solutions.
